Whilst the above savings are hypothetical and cannot be guaranteed,
nor implied, it is arguable that much of the above will be realised,
and although we admit that how much is open to debate, interpretation
and market conditions, it may be said that over the years, IRS
has consistently been able to negotiate discounts from property
prices that were achieved through the use of professional, objective,
independent and thoroughly trained negotiators.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Hardly anyone in Spain actually represents the buyer
and only the buyer. Many Estate Agents and developers
charge on both sides of the property deal -
we believe that is WRONG and we will only ever receive monies
from the buyer thereby avoiding any conflict of interest. We
fight your corner and so our interests coincide.
Forget the aforementioned financial justification
Even though we have tried to keep our cost savings conservative,
it is to be expected that some people will look upon them with
cynicism, in which case it is not unreasonable to argue that
for less than 3% of the cost of the property, you will be relieved
of the worry and traumas of moving overseas. Piece of mind for
under 3% we would argue is a BARGAIN.
For example, some of the worries IRS will eliminate are
:
- Am I paying too much or getting a bargain?
- Is the area safe?
- How much development is planned for the area?
- Have I been ripped off by the lawyer, the banker, the removals
guys, the accountant, the surveyor, etc, etc...?
- How do I know that's what he said?
- If only I'd had someone on my side speaking Spanish
- My child ended up in the wrong year at the local school
- The deeds for my property are not in order
- If only I'd known that the property developer was
a well known local shark!
- Where on earth do I start?
The list is endless.
Moving overseas or simply buying property overseas is a RISKY
and STRESSFUL experience for people who do speak the
language, and may have some local knowledge.
BUT…
Without these basic skills, such an adventure will often end
in heartache, stress and financial penalties,
all of which could have been easily avoided.
